BIO
My name is Olfa DJEMAL, I am originally from Tunisia and Belgium and currently living in Barcelona, Spain.
I also lived and worked in the US and in Ireland.
I am thankful for the opportunity it gave me to travel the world and be exposed to other cultures and business practices but also to partner with people from dozens of different nationalities.

For the last 10 years, I have worked in the Tech Industry for prestigious corporations and innovative scale ups and eventually found my passion in hiring, coaching and mentoring great professionals on their journey to become the best version of themselves.
Over the course of my career I was exposed to some of the best sales trainings, tools, technology and colleagues which enabled me to keep on growing and developing myself to become a compassionate and result oriented business leader.
I was also trusted in using the set of skills I developed to design methodologies, processes and build business models to impact sales organisation and their talent on the long term.
Beginning of 2020 after investing my heart and soul in the roles I have had, I decided to take a leap of faith to launch my own business and to become a Sales and Talent Strategist.
I believe successful businesses invest in their customers and their talent first and that’s what I want to work on with them.
With this in mind, I want to bring my expertise to companies and organisations by empowering them with the right mindset, tools and methodologies to reach the next level. That's all what SALENT is about.
